Background

Building a car, any car not just a kit car, has been one of my ambitions for many years.  I've dabbled with car maintenance but never really undertaken a real engineering project.   Pressures on time and finances of from family, work and my other "hobby" - the TA - have always meant that actually starting a build was always just difficult.  Now, as my TA commitment has decreased and family pressures are less, I can at last start.
