Build -- BMW Anti theft electronics. The unitl on the right is marked EWS3.D - this is the unit that compares the rolling codes stored in the key (not show) with the value stored in it's memory. With a positive match EWS until signals the ECU to start the engine. I regard this as the most difficult part of the build to solve.
